Sisi nani? (who we are)
shereheRus is the alter ego of the twiGroup. Our iGroup hails from www.mavunodowntown.com and we are a bunch of cool peeps who are rebels for Christ and LOOOOOOVE hanging out together whilst having random fun!
We meet every Sunday for Bible study and we catch up on our lives at the same time. During the week, we have random meet ups for pizza, uji, muchene and just find an excuse to hang out.
Our goal is to impact our generation by adapting a 'fearless influence' attitude. We strive to be involved in the different iTeams in church. Apart from ministry, we want to start a CSR project that will help children in homes or orphanages.
We thank Pastor Kyama Mugambi for being a real and relevant role model! Pastor K, you rock like 6 DJs on a boat!

Ng'endo's Birthday
Waithera and MaqC's wedding
Of course, where there is a sherehe the sherehe family is not one to be left behind. So this past Saturday, 31st October, we were very much present at Waithera and MaqC's wedding. I gotta say, half of Nairobi was present and the other was in the line up (used with permission @ItsMugambi). One of our own, Carole was in the line up and so we had to go plus it was an excuse to dress up and take fancy pictures. The church ceremony was at PCEA Riruta, the reception at Nairobi Chapel, Ngong rd and the evening party at Rangers. Enjoy!
Spread The Love- Embakasi Police Station
This weekend, the sherehe family joined Mavuno Central, Mavuno Downtown and Mavuno Kampala in painting the Embakasi Police station as part of Spread The Love. Our friend Mwangi captured the moments and who are we not to share!

Picnic+Stella's Birthday weekend!
So this Sunday after church we were very plotless. So we decided to have an economical eating plan. First stop was Taste of Africa at T-Mall but the prices there would only cause more damage to our econorexic wallets. So we quickly moved on to Uchumi LGT rd to spoil our stomachs with the famous sumptuous Uchumi sandwiches.
We bought the stash and thought...now that we have the sandwiches, where will we eat from...mmmmmmhhhh??? Larry's car aka Sherehe mobile was our transport for this eating plan. Mumo decides we should jus drive up the road that leads to Carni and ALAS! We saw a potential spot. Carnivore Grounds was hosting the Kids Festival. Two words- Free parking!! In we went, parked sherehe mobile, on-ed our music and set the boot up as our picnic table. Between the eating and the noise, someone mentioned DnG and how hype he is when presenting his TV show. Ng’endo took up the challenge (which was not presented in the first place) and we decided to do a DnG spoof. Video and audio.
Katika hayo shamrashamra, we also celebrated Stella’s birthday which was earlier that week. Two chocolate balls and a 5 year old birthday card with a button with number 5 on it. Happy New Year Stella :)
